One of my favorite places in this corner of Cologne. Go here to eat. Perfect for business dinners and Tinder Dates. Pizza was delicious and we were very satisfied! Reservation is definitely recommended for peak times

Dear Mr. Oswald, As already done personally, we apologize to you for yesterday's incident. We explained that you had to wait 45 minutes (not 1h 50 min) for your food due to unforeseen staff shortages like any other guest. It should be mentioned that you already expected the second course, the appetizer was already served after 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the kitchen got a wrong order, so you got a wrong meal in the second course of 2 meals, which we are very sorry. They quite rightly did not want to eat the wrong food and not wait any longer for the right food and were about to leave. Since one of you would have had to leave the store without food, we offered you the already eaten appetizer and not having to pay the right food. Then they decided differently, however, and now wanted to replace the returned food with a new or the originally ordered food, so you have knocked out our offer. At the end, we have given you the starter as compensation. In our view, we have done our best to apologize, as you ended up eating normally with us and we therefore had to charge you for second gear. In addition, you have obviously tasted, the plates were empty and you then stayed another 40 minutes in our shop, which we were very happy. We showed up unannounced with a medium-sized group. But it wasn't a problem, everything was great and the food was delicious.

The staff is nice. We had to ask for the bread but then got something. On the pizza there was too much cheese for my taste but the ham and the dough were really good. The only real minus point was the waiting time which was tolerable but still too long. But you also have to say that it was rush hour and the cook definitely had a lot to do.

A good Italian, the mixed starter plate was tasty. The pizza thin and crispy, delicious. The beer unfortunately only from the bottle. Friendly service, we would love to come back.
